Gavin, Holy and the team were great. They were always on hand to help in any way possible. The unit was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and will stay with them again. Well done to all .

This is our 3rd stay at Focus. We had a city view in a standard room on the 4th floor. Spacious apartment with the patrolled beach opposite and a short stroll to all shops, cafes, attractions etc. Onsite pool is a must. We'll be back.

Booked 3 months ahead and requested for a high level. Sent multiple messages and emails to their office but only got 1 reply and that was it.No one bothers here and totally no customer service from them.Upon arriving,we got a level 2 and …

We made a booking for Focus 6 months in advance. 2 days before arrival we received a phone call confirming our booking but advising us that our car will not fit in their carpark due to height and that their carpark for higher vehicles is not available during our stay because they have rented it out to a TV crew. Their solution: move your car every 3hrs and every evening for our whole 8 day stay. Impossible! They then told us we could park somewhere else and pay the daily rate but that we would not be compensated. They could not care less about their guests and instead cared for the money they are making from the carpark. We cancelled our booking as it was impossible for us to make this work causing us to have to book another place. Very disappointing - at least give more notice!!

I had a disappointing experience at Focus Apartments. Upon arrival, my room was infested with ants, and the sink was in an unsanitary condition. To make matters worse, they provided an insufficient amount of toilet paper for our group of six, and we were told we had to purchase our own. This lack of cleanliness and basic amenities left a lot to be desired during our stay.

Wish i could give it 0 stars Was a private owned apartment and the lady who rented it to us for the week was really rude. The place was quite disgusting and when we questioned some things the lady said “you’re on holiday stop bothering me with your bulls*it” The worst customer service experience. Not only was the price absolutely outrageous for what we received but it was also not fully cleaned as there was rust and mould in certain places. She also accused us of ruining certain items such as the curtains when we had only been there less than a few hours

Great location. Very clean and modern apartment. A couple of things were inconvenient. The family shower door didn't lock. Water from the showers didn't drain and kept going towards the door so it had to be brush back towards the drain. It needs a little lip to stop it happening. Other than the 2 things above a very good experience
